Our Approach
• Google Business Profile Optimization: We went through each of the four existing locations’ profiles, optimizing them with targeted local keywords and updating key details to improve search visibility.
• Customer Review Management: I responded to all unaddressed reviews and set up a system for consistent review responses, building credibility and engagement with potential new customers.
•Google Ads Campaign: We launched a simple Google ad to accelerate growth and improve competitive positioning. The ad focused on targeting tourists searching for cafes nearby, directing traffic to their Google Business Profile for higher visibility.

• Growth in Traffic and Expansion: Cafe K.O.B. saw notable improvements in foot traffic, especially from new customers who discovered them through Google. This success led to increased ad spending and, ultimately, the opening of two new branches on the island. With a solid foundation, the business is now in the process of further store openings, with our services firmly integrated into their plans for future growth.

Despite the challenges of not having a sea view and being outside the main tourist walking areas, this branch has consistently delivered impressive results. Through strategic efforts to improve online visibility, we achieved an 86.7% increase in overall visibility, a 17.6% boost in search traffic, and a 15.3% rise in footfall traffic. Additionally, we saw a significant shift in online acquisition, with 78% of all our Google points of contact now coming directly from Google Maps, up from 49%. These results demonstrate the power of localised digital marketing in driving traffic and helping a less tourist-focused location thrive.

K.O.B By The Sea, our second branch to open, has become a favorite destination for both locals and tourists, thanks to its stunning sea views and prime location. However, its popularity has often fluctuated with the rise and fall of the seasons. Our goal was to stabilise the volume of walk-ins and boost the branches authority in a bustling tourist area. Through strategic optimisation and targeted efforts, we successfully achieved a 162% increase in Google Business Profile views, a 69% boost in search traffic, and a 52% rise in footfall traffic. Additionally, we saw a significant shift in online acquisition, with 79% of all our Google points of contact now coming directly from Google Maps alone, up from 59%. These results showcase the impact of consistent digital marketing and highlight how effective it can be in maintaining visibility and attracting visitors to this picturesque location.

With management from the very beginning, we’ve been able to assert the branch as a key player on this new island. Although we don’t have historical data for comparison, what stands out is the remarkable shift in online acquisition, with a dominating 97% of traffic coming from Google Maps.
